To be eligible for the extended warranty your hot water system must be installed by Ember Plumbing and Gas, must be serviced by Ember Plumbing and Gas within 4 years of installation date. We will send an automated reminder 30 days prior to the service being due.

Continuous Flow Hot Water System
+ Flush and clean internal filters
+ Check burner pressure
+ Check fault codes and repair accordingly.
Gas Storage Hot Water System
+ Replacing both hot and cold relief valves
+ Replace 2 x anodes
+ Complete tank flush to clear all calcium and clean.
Electric Storage Hot Water System
+ Replacing both hot and cold relief valves
+ Replace 2 x anodes
+ Complete tank flush to clear all calcium and clean.
