+ Work Order Received

All work order’s received during business hours will be processed and the tenant contacted within 60 minutes!

+ Property Manager Update

As soon as the job has been booked in, we notify the property manager of the day and time we will be attending which eliminates any unnecessary phone calls or emails a manager would have received from the tenant waiting for the job to be booked in.

+ Automated Booking Reminder

24 Hours prior to the scheduled appointment, the tenant will be sent a reminder SMS to ensure they have not forgotten about the appointment.

+ Confirmation of Arrival SMS

The tenant will be notified when our technician is navigating to the property, this includes an exact arrival time and even a link to track the plumber to their door!

Completion of Works

On completion of works, our technicians always triple check our work and inform the tenant of works conducted. This results in unnecessary phone calls & emails between the tenant and property manger.

Same Day Invoice and Completion Advice

Once the job is complete, a detailed report, invoice and photos of works conducted is sent back to the manager within 48 hours of the job being complete.

Feedback SMS Sent

24 Hours after works have been complete, we sent a follow-up SMS to the tenant to confirm the problem has been resolved and they are happy with the works completed by our technician.

Yes Ember Plumbing and Gas is fully insured including public liability and workers compensation.

Ember Plumbing and Gas is proud to provide our customers with industry low pricing, we have no call out fee and charge an hourly rate of $165 inc GST. We do charge a minimum of 1 hour per site visit, and charge per 15 minute increments after the first hour.

Ember Plumbing and Gas does not charge a call out fee or travel fees

We provide a lifetime workmanship warranty! Meaning if the job was has failed due to a workmanship issue, before the product fails, we’ll fix it free!
