What can you flush down a toilet?

Jake from Ember Plumbing gives you some advice on what things you should and shouldn’t be flushing down your toilet. There are three things that are commonly flushed down your toilet but only one of them should be used first we have toilet paper.  Second is paper towels and third is wet wipes.

We can see that the first one toilet paper breaks apart very quickly and that’s why it’s the only one that should be used. The second is paper towl which is very hard and that’s going to quickly block up your drains if you’re flushing that down. The third is wet wipes pretty much doesn’t break at all again this is why we only recommend using toilet paper to avoid future blockages.
