These guys are prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, very well priced and honest. There are so many shonkys out there, Ember is not one of them. we were quoted almost 5 times the price by one plumber to do the job. 10/10 will use again.

Corey was pleasant to deal with and very respectful. He informed me along the way what he had to do in decommissioning the old one etc. The excellent service provided from the enquiry, to quote to scheduling the job, the tracking app and completion of the job was very prompt. Have now used Ember Plumbing twice (remove existing and install new toilets, remove existing and install new basin/bath taps). Very fast and professional all the way through the process, from the initial email quote, to organizing a time for the service, to getting notification of when staff were arriving, and finally to the work and leaving the place clean and tidy.

My 10 year plus storage gas water heater ceased to work.. Contacted Ember Plumber and Dylan was in immediate contact, discussed replacement issues, provided a quote and booked me in at a suitable time. Ember did an awesome job helping with fixing / prepping all of my old kitchen plumbing for my kitchen renovation setting me up for my new mixer tap and dishwasher and making sure the old plumbing was fit for purpose. The plumbers were very flexible and prompt with me and even picked up an unexpected job relating to my hot water system. Dylan was very fair in billing when my job was a bit more complex than anticipated (probably due to my lack of understanding of what was required for the reno). Would definitely recommend and use again.
