Paul Gloster has joined Ember Plumbing & Gas as our Operations Manager, bringing a wealth of leadership and project management expertise to the team. With a background in high-paced, high-volume environments, Paul thrives under pressure and is known for his strategic thinking, sharp organisational skills, and ability to unite teams around shared goals.

His experience spans from founding and running his own plumbing company—managing everything from scheduling and estimating to compliance and client relationships – to working at some of Perth and Melbourne’s most respected plumbing companies in a wide range of supervisory and technical roles. This unique combination of hands-on knowledge and big-picture leadership makes Paul a perfect fit for Ember’s growing team.

Passionate about customer service and continuous improvement, Paul leads with a positive, solutions-focused mindset. He’s committed to upholding Ember’s high standards while empowering the team to evolve, innovate, and succeed together.

Edith Gow is the friendly voice behind the scenes, keeping everything running smoothly as Ember Plumbing & Gas’s Office Scheduler. She’s the go-to person for booking jobs with tenants, coordinating schedules, and ensuring our property managers are kept informed every step of the way.

With a background in scheduling, customer service, and administration—including roles in fast-paced industries like skip bin logistics and construction material sales—Edith brings outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to the team. Whether it’s juggling urgent bookings or navigating tenant access, Edith handles it all with calm professionalism and a can-do attitude.

Her passion for customer service, strong work ethic, and ability to build great relationships make her an essential part of the Ember team. Edith is all about making things easier for our clients—and ensuring no detail gets missed along the way.

Callum takes pride in his work, enjoys helping customers, and always goes the extra mile to make sure every job is completed to a high standard. Zak joins the Ember Plumbing & Gas team as a 3rd year apprentice, bringing with him a solid foundation in the plumbing trade. Having previously worked for a sole trader, Zak gained first-hand experience in what it takes to run a small plumbing business—from hands-on work to customer service and everything in between.

Before starting his apprenticeship, Zak also worked at Reece, one of Australia’s leading plumbing suppliers. Thanks to that experience, there’s not many plumbing materials Zak hasn’t seen or handled before.

Now part of a larger team at Ember, Zak is eager to grow his skills, learn from experienced plumbers, and gain exposure to all areas of the industry. He’s driven, curious, and ready to take on everything the trade has to offer.

Meet Josh  – Josh joined the Ember team late into his apprenticeship after gaining solid experience in commercial plumbing. Wanting to broaden his skills and dive deeper into the world of maintenance and residential work, he made the move to Ember.

Now working from his own van, Josh is continuing to develop his skills across all facets of the plumbing trade. With his drive and dedication, there’s no doubt Josh will be one of Perth’s newest fully qualified plumbers in no time!

Lachlan is a 4th Year Apprentice who brings a strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and professional approach to site every single day. Always presenting in a clean, tidy uniform and taking pride in his work, Lachlan focuses on completing every task efficiently and to a high standard.

With experience across service, maintenance, drainage, renovations, and basic gas work, Lachlan has already built a solid skillset in the trade. From running callouts and operating a service van to installing fixtures, clearing blockages, and interpreting drainage plans — he’s proven he can handle a wide variety of plumbing tasks.

We’re proud to have Lachlan growing with the Ember team and look forward to supporting him through the final stages of his apprenticeship.

Meet Ethyn – Ethyn is a 3rd Year Plumbing Apprentice with strong hands-on experience across residential maintenance plumbing and civil works 💪🏽 Known for being hardworking, reliable, and loyal, Ethyn brings a great attitude and willingness to get stuck into any task on site.

Throughout his apprenticeship, Ethyn has gained solid experience in diagnosing plumbing issues and delivering practical solutions – from tap and toilet servicing and replacements, hot water system work, drainage repairs, blockages, renovations, gas work, cooktops, ovens, and water filtration systems 👍

With experience across plumbing companies, commercial filter work, and now civil construction, Ethyn has developed a broad skillset and strong understanding of working safely and efficiently in different environments. He holds a manual licence, white card, and has his own vehicle and tools — ready to get to work 🔥

We’re excited to see Ethyn continue growing in the trade and supporting his journey to becoming a qualified plumber.
