Have now used Ember Plumbing twice (remove existing and install new toilets, remove existing and install new basin/bath taps). My 10 year plus storage gas water heater ceased to work.. Contacted Ember Plumber and Dylan was in immediate contact, discussed replacement issues, provided a quote and booked me in at a suitable time. Ember did an awesome job helping with fixing / prepping all of my old kitchen plumbing for my kitchen renovation setting me up for my new mixer tap and dishwasher and making sure the old plumbing was fit for purpose. The plumbers were very flexible and prompt with me and even picked up an unexpected job relating to my hot water system. Dylan was very fair in billing when my job was a bit more complex than anticipated (probably due to my lack of understanding of what was required for the reno). Would definitely recommend and use again.
