Yes. Rheem Metro continuous flow systems are factory pre-set to 50°C, which is the recommended maximum temperature for household hot water delivery to most outlets under Australian standards, specifically to reduce the risk of scalding. Where kitchen or laundry outlets require hotter water, for example, for commercial dishwashers, Rheem also offers a 60°C preset model. For most Perth households, the standard 50°C pre-set model is the appropriate choice.
